How much do your services cost?
Three fixed packages: Taster Session £49, Standard Itinerary £95 and Multi-City Master Plan £189. Complex, multi-country trips are quoted individually before any work starts.
Do you charge commission or mark-ups?
No. We are paid only by you. Any discount or loyalty benefit a supplier offers is passed to you.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one working day for new enquiries. Full itineraries are typically delivered in five working days, depending on trip complexity.
Do you actually book the travel?
Yes — in the Standard Itinerary and Concierge packages we coordinate and book hotels, transfers and activities on your behalf and deliver one confirmation pack.
Can you help with visas and entry rules?
We prepare requirement checklists for every passport in your party and keep them current. We do not submit visa applications on your behalf, but we tell you exactly what is needed and where to apply.
What if our plans change?
Standard Itinerary includes two revision rounds; Multi-City Master Plan includes unlimited revisions within your planning window and on-trip support.
Which destinations do you cover?
Worldwide. Europe and the Mediterranean are our home turf, and we regularly plan long-haul trips to Asia, Africa and the Americas.
Are you a travel agency?
We are a planning studio, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14985733). We plan, research and coordinate; package holidays with financial protection are booked through ATOL-protected partners where required.
